This is one of my favourite cocktails, especially on the beach. It’s tangy, floral, and cut throat. There’s also several ways to modify it! If I’m drinking with intent, I’ll have this baby straight up. If I’m craving something lighter, I’ll enjoy it in a tall glass with soda, or if I’m in recovery mode – but don’t want to be a bore – straight Campari and Soda is always a good idea.

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce The Botanist Gin
  • 1 ounce Amaro (or Red Vermouth)
  • Blood Orange Rind

Combine, serve with ice, blood orange rind to garnish.

Sometimes we get so caught up in the daily hustle that we forget how simple our purpose here really is. To just live. To be alive. To be in the moment. To find the power of mindfulness. Even two weeks without my meditation practice and I feel like a complete nutcase. My thoughts run rampant with all the tasks and deadlines I still need to get done. My anxiety kicks into overdrive.
